In general bed size will be 1 or 2 inches lesser than the your cot size because once you start using it regularly it will expand and it will fit your exact cot size after one or two month.

If we are making the bed with the actual size it will expand and it will hang outside of your cot after one or two years.

We use more quantity of silk cotton in our mattress for a better life. So New Beds look like hard when you are using them newly. but it will become soft once we start using it regularly and it is the nature of the ilavam panju mattress.
